One of our strong points is the ability to put together an exceptionally fine culinary service, within the confines of the specific event, in order to guarantee a final result distinguished by exceptional gastronomic quality and sophisticated, highly efficient service. The cuisine we provide is one of our selling points: we carefully select top-quality raw materials (including PDO and PGI items and products certified by the Slow Food Association) and heavily lean towards fresh, seasonal products, we customise our menus and pair them with the most appropriate wines. We are able to meet the expectations of the most exacting guests thanks to our dishes that are prepared by renowned culinary professionals and a creative, elegant and modern mise en place. Preparing food in our kitchens and cooking on-site guarantee that the final dish is of the highest quality. Working alongside international chefs and promising young culinary talents allows us to keep up-to-date on the latest trends in the gastronomic world, choosing ingredients, methods and presentation to match the context for a unique sensory experience. In order to meet all our customers’ needs, we also provide vegetarian and vegan banqueting and catering services, creating menus appropriate for any event and accounting for potential intolerances and allergies. We believe that spectacle is as important as taste and for this reason we are able to meticulously prepare the event location and put on spectacular cooking displays to delight your guests. We are passionate about artisanal products and have thus chosen to have an in-house team entirely dedicated to the art of pastry-making, allowing us to creatively meet various needs in good time: from making tradition cakes to more innovative and unique cake designs.
